| ［摘要］ 目的 观察两种不同方法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp)阴性慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 将符合研究标准的86例Hp阴性慢性浅表性胃炎的患者随机分为治疗组（n=42）和对照组（n=44），治疗组给予阿莫西林+奥美拉唑+谷氨酰胺颗粒服用；对照组给予奥美拉唑及谷氨酰胺颗粒服用。连续服药2周，观察两组的疗效进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组总有效率为92.86%，对照组为90.90%，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阿莫西林、奥美拉唑、谷氨酰胺颗粒三联疗法与奥美拉唑、谷氨酰胺颗粒二联疗法均对慢性浅表性胃炎有效,而阿莫西林为抗生素，因此，在Hp阴性慢性浅表性胃炎的治疗当中可不添加抗生素，同时也可减轻患者的经济负担。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the effect between triple therapy of amoxicillin, omeprazole and glutamine granules and bigeminy therapy of omeprazole and glutamine granules in the Helicobacter pylori-negative superficial chronic gastritis.Methods Eighty-six patients met the study criteria were included in this study and were randomly assigned to the experimental group (amoxicillin, omeprazole and glutamine granules, n=42) and control group (omeprazole and glutamine granules, n=44). Medication for 2 weeks，the remission conditions of clinical symptoms were observed and gastroscopy were repeated again one month after drug withdrawal.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 92.86% and 90.90% in the control group, there were no significant difference in the overall effect between the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion There are no difference effects between the triple therapy of amoxicillin, omeprazole and glutamine granules and the bigeminy therapy of the omeprazole and glutamine granules in the treatment of superficial chronic gastritis. Therefore, antibiotics may be unnecessary in treatment of Hp negative superficial chronic gastritis, and also reduce the financial burden. |
