| ［摘要］ 肛瘘是常见的直肠肛管疾病之一，手术方式很多，而复杂性肛瘘没有标准的手术方式，传统手术存在肛门失禁及复发的问题，微创手术不损伤肛门外观和功能，将在很大程度上取代传统术式。该文就肛瘘手术治疗的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Anal fistula is a common anorectal disease. There were many surgical modes for it, but no golden standard treatment for complex anal fistula.Anal incontinence and recurrence are two important unsolved problems after traditional surgery. Minimally invasive surgery does not damage the anus appearance and function, and will largely replace traditional surgery. We review the research progress of anal fistula surgery in this paper. |
