| ［摘要］ 双相障碍迄今为止病因未明，家系、双生子与寄养子等相关研究提示双相障碍有一定的遗传倾向，国内外学者先后展开大量寻找其致病基因的研究工作。许多关于该病易感基因的研究相继被报道，某些结果在后续试验中取得了较好的重复性。该文主要就双相障碍易感基因的研究近况作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Bipolar disorder etiology is unknown so far, the studies related to family, twins and adoption suggest bipolar disorder have a genetic predisposition, the scholars both at home and abroad have performed a lot of research work for its pathogenic gene. Many studies about the disease susceptibility genes have been reported, some results in the subsequent test achieve good repeatability. We review the research status of susceptibility genes for bipolar disorder in this paper. |
