| ［摘要］ 骨不连是骨折后常见的并发症，特别是由于各种工伤、交通事故和高能量损伤情况的增多，使得复杂骨折事故越来越多，导致骨不连发生的几率也大为增加。数十年来，随着各种新式内外固定材料、显微外科技术及创新的植骨材料的普及，尤其是分子生物学技术的应用，骨不连的治疗取得了突破性进展。该文结合近几年国内外相关文献对骨不连的治疗方法作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Bone non-union is a common complication of fracture, especially with the various industrial injuries, traffic accidents, and high energy injuries, more and more complex fracture accidents, and the risk of bone non-union have greatly increased.For decades, with the popularization of the various new internal and external fixed materials, microsurgical technique and the innovation of bone graft material, especially application of the molecular biology techniques,breakthrough progress has been made in the treatment of bone non-union.This paper summarizes the treatment of bone non-union,which combines with the related literatures at home and abroad in recent years. |
