高血压脑出血患者外周血中TRAIL及其受体的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 高血压脑出血(hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)患者颅内血肿继发性脑水肿以及继发性脑血管痉挛等病理生理改变是导致预后欠理想的一个重要因素。其预后尚欠缺临床指标。肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是继肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)后发现的具有诱导细胞凋亡能力的细胞因子配体,在多种组织和细胞中广泛表达。其与HICH形成过程有一定的联系。但是TRAIL及其受体与HICH之后发生的机体各种病理生理改变以及预后的关系尚不明确。该文对HICH患者外周血中TRAIL及其受体的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] In the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH), intracranial hematoma secondary cerebral edema and secondary cerebral vasospasm pathological physiological change is an important factor leading to a bad prognosis.There is still lack of clinical indicators in the prognosis of the disease. TRAIL was discovered after TNF had been discovered. TRAIL is capable of inducing cell apoptosis. TRAIL is widely expressed in various tissues and cells and is connected with the formation process of HICH in a certain way, however, the relationship between TRAIL and its receptors with the pathological physiology changes in the HICH is still unclear.This paper introduces the recent research progress of TRAIL and its receptors in the peripheral blood of HICH.
