| ［摘要］ 目的 观察高压氧联合仙桃草治疗骨缺损的疗效，探讨其作用机制及应用价值。方法 选用新西兰大白兔80只制作骨缺损模型，并随机分为四组，A组行高压氧联合仙桃草治疗，B组行高压氧治疗，C组服用仙桃草治疗，D组对照，治疗后分别于第2、4、8、12周分批处死，行大体观测、X线检查和电镜检测，比较不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果 X线示A组骨痂生成量最多，B、C组其次，D组最少；电镜下A组成骨细胞细胞器明显比B、C、D组发达，骨胶原纤维排列整齐,分布均匀。结论 高压氧联合仙桃草治疗骨缺损效果明显优于单纯高压氧或仙桃草治疗，两者联合运用可显著增强成骨细胞增殖分化能力，加速骨痂的生长，可为临床治疗骨缺损提供一种新方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with purslane speedwell herb on treating bone defects, and to investigate the mechanism of the treatment.Methods 80 New Zealand rabbits were selected to make a bone defect model and then they were randomly divided into four groups. Group A was treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with purslane speedwell herb. Group B received the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen. Group C was treated with purslane speedwell herb. Group D was taken as the control. The rabbits were sacrificed evenly in each group at the end of the second, 4th, 8th and 12th weeks respectively. The general observation, X-ray, the detection under light microscope and electron microscope were performed, and the results were compared between the two treatment methods.Results X-ray showed that group A had the maximum amount of the formation of callus, followed by group B, C and group D. Under the electron microscope, osteoblast organelles in group A were more well-developed than those in group B, C and D, and the collagen fibers of group A arranged regularily and distributed evenly.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with purslane speedwell herb is more effective in the treatment of bone defects than hyperbaric oxygen alone or herbal treatment alone. It can significantly enhance the ability of proliferation and the differentiation of osteoblast, and accelerate the growth of callus obviously, which provides a new method for the clinical treatment of bone defects. |
