| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取2014-01～2015-01该院收治的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者98例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组49例。对照组单纯应用曲美他嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联用阿托伐他汀治疗，均治疗8周，比较两组疗效及各项临床指标改善情况。结果 观察组显效22例，有效24例，无效3例；对照组显效18例，有效20例，无效11例。观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后运动持续时间、诱发心绞痛发作时间、ST段下移1 mm时间改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。缺血事件及不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效确切，可显著改善患者心绞痛临床症状，并且安全性较高，具有临床应用及推广价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety-eight patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected from January 2014 to January 2015. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with trimetazidine and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine. All patients were treated for 8 weeks.Results In the observation group, 22 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective after the treatment, In the control group,18 cases were effective, 20 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, and the time of LMM and ST in patients of the observation group was better than that of the control group and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. |
