| ［摘要］ 探讨阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者C反应蛋白（CRP）及血脂的影响。方法 选取急性脑梗死患者66例，按照患者入院时间序贯分为两组，对照组32例给予常规脑梗死治疗处理，观察组34例在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀口服，20 mg/d，1次/d。4周后比较两组患者CRP和血脂水平变化情况。结果 经4周治疗后,观察组总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平较治疗前明显降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平明显增高（P<0.05），而对照组均未发生明显变化（P>0.05）；治疗后的观察组TC、LDL-C水平明显低于对照组，而HDL-C水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。与治疗前相比较，两组CRP水平与神经功能缺损评分均明显下降（P<0.05），观察组下降较对照组更为显著（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论 阿托伐他汀能明显改善急性脑梗死患者CRP及血脂水平。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin on serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and lipids in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-six cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=32) received the conventional treatment for cerebral infarction, and the observation group(n=34) received an additional daily dose of 20 mg atorvatation on the basis of the conventional treatment for four weeks. The levels of serum CRP and lipids were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TC and LDL-C were decreased and the level of HDL-C elevated signigicantly after the treatment in the observation group(P<0.05). There were no signigicant differeces in the levels of TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the control group(P>0.05). Compared with those in the control group, the levels of TC and LDL-C were lower and the level of HDL-C eleveted signigicantly in the observation group after the treatment(P<0.05). Compared with those before the treatment, the levels of serum CRP and neurological deficit scores were signigicantly decreased in both of the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05). Compared with those in the control group, the level of serum CRP and neurological deficit score were signigicantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atovastatin can obviously improve the levels of serum CRP and lipids in patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
