| ［摘要］ 癌症患者由于癌症诊断的打击、各种不适的症状以及接受多种复杂的治疗（如手术、化疗、放疗等）和护理等原因影响其睡眠质量，严重时可导致睡眠障碍的发生。睡眠障碍将给全身各系统带来严重的问题，包括免疫系统、心血管循环系统、内分泌系统以及神经系统，进而影响患者的生理、心理健康、临床结局及其生活质量。该文就睡眠障碍的相关概念、评估方法与治疗方法的现状作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Due to knowing the diagnosis of cancer and being afflicted by a variety of uncomfortable symptoms and a variety of complex treatments(such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, etc.) and other factors affecting the quality of sleep, the cancer patients have many sleep disorders. Sleep disorders can lead to serious problems in various systems of the body, including the immune system, the cardiovascular circulatory system, the endocrine system and the nervous system, and affect the patients′ physiological and psychological health, clinical outcomes and the quality of life. The concept of sleep disorders, the examination and treatment of sleep disorders in cancer patients are reviewed in this paper. |
