| ［摘要］ 目的 评价Ligasure在经腹宫颈癌根治术中应用的可行性。方法 回顾性分析该院2012-01～2015-10收治的宫颈癌Ⅰa2～Ⅱa期并行经腹宫颈癌根治术患者193例，其中采用Ligasure血管闭合系统组（观察组）98例，采用传统缝扎技术组（对照组）95例,对两组平均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、淋巴引流量进行对比分析。结果 观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、淋巴引流量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Ligasure血管闭合系统用于经腹宫颈癌根治术能明显缩短手术时间及住院时间，减少术中出血量及术后淋巴引流量，具有安全可靠和体内无残留异物的优点,可取代传统的缝扎止血方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare Ligasure techniques and conventional suture techniques in abdominal radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer.Methods The clinical data of 193 patients with the stage Ⅰa2～Ⅱa of cervical cancer in the People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2012 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, among whom 98 cases who received the treatment of abdominal radical hysterectomy with Ligasure were selected as the observation group, and the other 95 cases who received the treatment of abdominal radical hysterectomy with the conventional suture were selected as the control group. The indexes of operative time, blood loss during the operation, hospital stay and the amount of lymphatic drainage were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of operative time, blood loss during operation, hospital stay and the amount of lymphatic drainage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Ligasure vessel sealing system can significantly reduce the time of operation, the length of hospital stay, the blood loss during operation and the amount of lymphatic drainage in the treatment of transabdominal radical hysterectomy. It has the advantages of safety, hemostatic reliability and residual free foreign substance in the body. |
