| ［摘要］ 近年来，难治性心力衰竭（RHF）的发病率呈明显上升趋势。RHF患者存在严重的临床症状、较差的生活质量以及不良预后的问题。尽管现代医学的治疗手段不断丰富，但RHF的治疗仍是个难题。为更好地改善RHF患者预后，该文将对现有关于RHF药物治疗的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ In recent years, the incidence of refractory heart failure(RHF) has increased significantly, and RHF patients have serious clinical symptoms, poorer quality of life and poor prognosis. Despite the continuous enrichment of modern medical treatment methods, the treatment of RHF has always been a challenge. In order to better improve the prognosis of RHF patients, this paper reviews the current studies on drug therapy for RHF. |
