| [摘要] 先天性肺气道畸形(CPAM)是一种罕见的先天性囊性肺疾病。近年来,随着超声技术的发展,其检出率呈上升趋势。CPAM存在肺部反复感染和恶变等风险,及时手术治疗十分重要。微创手术因创伤小、恢复快等优点逐渐成为首选的手术方式。该文对小儿CPAM微创手术治疗的研究进展作一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Congenital pulmonary airway malformation(CPAM) is a rare congenital cystic lung disease. In recent years, with the development of ultrasonic technology, the detection rate of CPAM has shown an upward trend. CPAM has the risk of repeated pulmonary infection and malignant transformation, so timely surgical treatment of CPAM is very important. Minimally invasive surgery has gradually become the preferred surgical method of CPAM due to its advantages of minimal trauma and rapid recovery. In this paper, the research progress on minimally invasive surgical treatment of CPAM in children is reviewed. |
