| ［摘要］ 《中国胸心血管外科临床杂志》2024年5月发布了《中国肺癌骨转移临床诊疗指南（2024版）》。该指南由支修益教授、王洁教授、刘伦旭教授、赵军教授发起，中国医药教育协会肺癌医学教育委员会、北京医学奖励基金会肺癌青年专家委员会、中国老年保健协会肺癌专业委员会在《肺癌骨转移诊疗专家共识（2019版）》的基础上制定。该指南融入近几年肺癌骨转移诊疗方面的新进展，强调肺癌骨转移需要在多学科（肿瘤内科、外科、放疗、介入、核素、心理康复等）指导下进行综合治疗。该文对该指南的更新内容进行解读，以期提升我国肺癌骨转移的综合诊疗水平。 |

| ［Abstract］ Chinese Clinical Guidelines on Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Lung Cancer(Version 2024) were published in Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery in May 2024. The clinical guidelines were initiated by professor ZHI Xiuyi, professor WANG Jie, professor LIU Lunxu and professor ZHAO Jun, and were developed based on Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Lung Cancer(2019 Version), with contributions from Lung Cancer Medical Education Committee of China Medicine Education Association, Youth Specialists Committee of Lung Cancer of Beijing Medical Award Foundation and Lung Cancer Specialty Committee of Chinese Aging Well Association. The guidelines incorporate the advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer in recent years and emphasize the need for comprehensive treatment under the guidance of multi-disciplines(including medical oncology, surgery, radiotherapy, interventional medicine, nuclear medicine and psychological rehabilitation). In this paper, the updated contents of the guidelines are interpreted to improve the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment levels of bone metastasis of lung cancer in China. |
