| ［摘要］ 面部老化问题与年龄相关，主要由面部软组织松垂及容量缺失引起，这是面部年轻化治疗的关键内容。面部年轻化治疗逐渐倾向于采用面部提升术联合面部脂肪填充术的方式。面部提升术主要解决面部皮肤下垂和松弛问题，而面部脂肪填充术则能恢复面部容量的缺失和改善皮肤质地。该联合手术在相同疗程情况下，解决面部松垂问题和增加面部容量，既能改善面部整体衰老外观，又能针对性治疗局部老化问题。该文对面部提升术联合面部脂肪填充术在面部年轻化中的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The problem of facial aging is age-related, mainly caused by sagging and volume loss of facial soft tissues, which is a key aspect of facial rejuvenation treatment. The facial rejuvenation treatment is gradually shifting towards a combination of facial lifting surgery and facial fat filling surgery. Facial lifting surgery mainly solves the problems of sagging and loosing facial skin, while facial fat filling surgery can restore the loss of facial volume and improve skin texture. This combined surgery can solve the problem of facial sagging and the problem of increased facial volume under the same course of treatment, which can improve the overall appearance of facial aging and provide targeted treatment for local aging problem. In this paper, the research progress of facial lifting surgery combined with facial fat filling surgery in facial rejuvenation is reviewed. |
