腔镜下前哨淋巴结活检术在乳腺癌中应用的研究进展

摘要:
［摘要］　乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。腋窝淋巴结的状态对于乳腺癌的临床分期、治疗策略以及预后评估至关重要。传统的开放式前哨淋巴结活检术虽然在早期乳腺癌的腋窝淋巴结状态评估上效果显著，但是术后可能留下较大瘢痕，且恢复期较长。随着腔镜技术的不断进步，腔镜辅助下的前哨淋巴结活检术在乳腺癌治疗中的应用日益增多，该文就腔镜下前哨淋巴结活检术在乳腺癌中应用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The status of axillary lymph nodes is very important for the clinical staging, treatment strategy and prognosis assessment of breast cancer. Although traditional open sentinel lymph node biopsy is significantly effective in evaluating the status of axillary lymph nodes in early breast cancer, it may leave large scars after surgery and the patients have a longer recovery period. With the continuous progress of endoscopic technology, the application of endoscopic-assisted sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of breast cancer is increasing. In this paper, the research progress on the application of endoscopic sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer is reviewed.
