| ［摘要］ 肺曲霉病好发于慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者，可表现为侵袭性肺曲霉病、慢性肺曲霉病、变应性支气管肺曲霉病等多种类型，诊治不当将严重影响患者的预后。随着对COPD及肺曲霉病的认识不断深入，2024年《中华结核和呼吸杂志》发布了我国首部《慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴肺曲霉病诊治和管理专家共识》，构建COPD人群罹患肺曲霉病的风险评估体系和临床诊疗路径，以提高该类患者的诊治规范性和救治成功率。文章对该共识的相关内容进行解读，方便临床医师对COPD伴肺曲霉病及时识别、诊断及治疗管理。 |

| ［Abstract］ Pulmonary aspergillosis often occurs in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), and can be manifested as invasive pulmonary aspergillosis, chronic pulmonary aspergillosis, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and other types. Improper diagnosis and treatment will seriously affect the prognosis of the patients. With the deepening understanding of COPD and pulmonary aspergillosis, in 2024, Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases published China′s first expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and established a risk assessment system and clinical diagnosis and treatment path for COPD patients with pulmonary aspergillosis, so as to improve the standard of diagnosis, treatment and the success rate of rescue for such patients. This paper interprets the relevant content of the consensus, making it convenient for clinicians to identify, diagnose and manage pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with COPD in a timely manner. |
