| ［摘要］ 经过30余年的发展，无创机械通气（NIV）在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重中取得良好效果。NIV已经成为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的一线机械通气治疗方式。对于已经气管插管行有创机械通气的患者，NIV可以有效辅助有创机械通气安全撤机。未来，如何做好NIV的住院-居家衔接工作，是需要进一步研究的方向。 |

| ［Abstract］ After more than 30 years of development, non-invasive ventilation(NIV) has achieved good results in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). NIV has become the first-line mechanical ventilation treatment for acute exacerbation of COPD. For the patients who have already undergone invasive ventilation with endotracheal intubation, NIV can effectively assist in the safe withdrawal of invasive ventilation. In the future, further research is needed on how to effectively connect NIV between hospitalization and home treatment. |
