| ［摘要］ 目前，以胰岛素抵抗（IR）为中心的代谢紊乱被认为是多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）发病中重要的病理生理基础，IR在PCOS的诊治中愈发受到重视。但对于PCOS合并IR的诊断与治疗在国内外尚无统一的共识，2024年《生殖医学杂志》发布的《多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗诊治专家共识》填补了这一空白。该指南就IR对PCOS的影响、IR的评估与诊断以及PCOS合并IR的治疗进行了归纳及更新，为PCOS合并IR的诊断筛查和治疗管理提供了相关建议。文章通过对《多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗诊治专家共识》（2024年版）进行详细解读，以期提高PCOS合并IR的规范化诊疗水平。 |

| ［Abstract］ At present, metabolic disorders centered on insulin resistance(IR) are regarded as an important pathophysiological basis in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Therefore, IR has received increasing attention in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. However, there are no unified consensuses on the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS complicated with IR at home and abroad. Consensus on the Diagnosis and Management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Insulin Resistance published in Journal of Reproductive Medicine in 2024 fills the gap in this field. The guideline generalizes and updates the influence of IR on PCOS, the assessment and diagnosis of IR, and the treatment of PCOS complicated with IR, providing relevant suggestions for the diagnosis screening and treatment management of PCOS complicated with IR. This paper provides a detailed interpretation on Consensus on the Diagnosis and Management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Insulin Resistance(2024 Edition), with the aim of improving the standardized diagnosis and treatment level of PCOS complicated with IR. |
