| ［摘要］ 绝经是卵巢功能衰竭的标志性事件。卵巢功能衰竭过程中，雌激素水平的波动性下降及缺乏会导致一系列的绝经相关症状，并增加许多代谢性疾病的风险，对女性的长期健康风险及生活质量影响重大。绝经管理需在缓解绝经相关症状的同时预防远期慢性疾病。2023—2024年中华医学会妇产科学分会绝经学组、国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）、国际绝经学会（IMS）相继发布了《中国绝经管理与绝经激素治疗指南2023版》《FIGO立场声明：如何为绝经女性阐述绝经激素治疗的利弊》《IMS关于绝经和绝经激素治疗核心争议的2024白皮书》3篇关于绝经管理和绝经激素治疗的重要文献。该文就上述3篇文献的核心要点进行综合解读，以期帮助临床医师了解学科进展，更好地管理和防治绝经相关症状及疾病。 |

| ［Abstract］ Menopause is a landmark event of ovarian failure. During the process of ovarian failure, the fluctuating decline levels and deficiency of estrogen can lead to a series of menopausal symptoms and increase the risk of many metabolic diseases, having a significant impact on the affected women′s long-term health risks and quality of life. Menopause management needs the prevention of long-term chronic diseases while alleviating menopause-related symptoms. Between 2023 and 2024, the Menopausal Study Group of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO), and the International Menopause Society(IMS) successively released Chinese Guidelines for Menopause Management and Menopausal Hormone Therapy, 2023 Edition, the FIGO Position Statement: How to Explain the Advantages and Disadvantages of Menopausal Hormone Therapy for Postmenopausal Women and the 2024 White Paper of the International Menopause Society on Core Disputes of Menopause and Menopausal Hormone Therapy, which are 3 papers of important literature on menopause and menopausal hormone therapy. This paper conducts a comprehensive interpretation based on the core points of the above three papers, with the aim of helping clinicians understand the progress of the discipline and better manage, prevent and treat menopause-related symptoms and diseases. |
