人工智能在小儿外科领域中的应用与展望

摘要:
[摘要] 人工智能作为当代科技发展最为迅猛的领域之一,正在系统性地重塑各行各业的运作模式,推动产业结构的深度变革。人工智能在医疗领域的快速发展为小儿外科的诊疗带来了新的机遇。该文着眼于目前人工智能在小儿外科领域的应用现状,介绍人工智能在小儿外科中的研究和应用进展,并对人工智能技术在小儿外科诊疗中可能带来的创新和面临的挑战予以展望。未来,通用医学人工智能大模型(如DeepSeek)在中文医疗信息处理与教育支持方面潜力巨大,但需突破数据瓶颈并通过临床验证方能实现其在小儿外科领域中的深度整合与价值。

Abstract:
[Abstract] As one of the most rapidly developing fields in contemporary technology, artificial intelligence(AI) is systematically reshaping the operation models of all industries and promoting profound changes in the industrial structures. The rapid development of AI in the medical field has brought new opportunities for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric surgical diseases. This paper focuses on the current application status of AI in the field of pediatric surgery, introduces the research and application progress of AI in pediatric surgery, and explores the potential innovations and challenges that AI technology may bring in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric surgical diseases. In the future, general medical AI large language models(e.g., DeepSeek) have great potential in Chinese medical information processing and educational support. However, overcoming data bottlenecks and conducting clinical validations are essential to achieve their deep integration and value realization in the field of pediatric surgery.
