| [摘要] 复发性流产(RSA)是影响女性生育健康的重要问题,不仅对女性的身体和心理健康造成负面影响,也给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。随着对RSA研究的深入,各国相继更新了多项指南,以期为临床诊治提供科学依据。该文旨在综合解读《复发性流产诊治专家共识(2022)》《2022年欧洲人类生殖与胚胎学会复发性流产指南》《2023年英国皇家妇产科医师学会复发性流产指南》和《2024年澳大利亚复发性流产临床管理指南》,对比分析不同国家和地区在RSA的病因、诊断及治疗方案上的差异与共识,探讨各指南的核心内容和临床应用,为临床实践提供参考和指导,促进各临床及科研机构对RSA的理解与管理,提高女性的生育健康水平。 |

| [Abstract] Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) is an important issue affecting women′s reproductive health. The occurrence of RSA not only has a negative impact on women′s physical and psychological health, but also imposes a heavy burden on families and society. With the deepening of research on RSA, various countries have successively updated multiple guidelines in order to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper aims to comprehensively interpret the expert consensus on diagnosis and management of recurrent spontaneous abortion(2022), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology(ESHRE) guideline: recurrent pregnancy loss(2022), the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists guideline: recurrent miscariage(2023), and Australasian recurrent pregnancy loss clinical management guideline 2024 part Ⅰ and comparatively analyzes the differences and consensuses in the etiology, diagnosis and treatment plans of RSA among different countries and regions, and explores the core contents and clinical applications of each guideline, providing reference and guidance for clinical practice, promoting the understanding and management of RSA in various clinical and research institutions, and improving the reproductive health level of the women. |
