| ［摘要］ 白细胞介素-36（IL-36）作为白细胞介素-1超家族的成员，具有促炎、促纤维化以及免疫调节等作用。近年来的研究发现，IL-36与类风湿关节炎以及间质性肺疾病的发生、发展具有一定的相关性。该文对IL-36在类风湿关节炎及间质性肺疾病中作用的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Interleukin-36(IL-36), as a member of the interleukin-1 superfamily, has pro-inflammatory, pro-fibrotic and immunomodulatory effects. In recent years, studies have found a certain correlation between IL-36 and the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and interstitial lung disease(ILD). In this paper, the research progress of the role of IL-36 in RA and ILD is reviewed. |
