| ［摘要］ 老年人群髋部骨折的发生率较高，手术是目前治疗的首选方式。老年患者多合并多种基础疾病，导致手术风险显著增加。选择合适的评估模型对于预测患者并发症及死亡风险具有重要意义。该文对老年髋部骨折手术风险评估系统的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The incidence of hip fractures is relatively high in the elderly population, and operation is the preferred treatment method for hip fractures in the elderly population at present. Elderly patients often have multiple underlying diseases, resulting in a significant increase in surgical risk. Choosing appropriate assessment models is of great significance for predicting the complications and death risks of the patients. In this paper, the research progress in surgical risk assessment systems for hip fractures in the elderly is reviewed. |
