重复经颅磁刺激治疗赌博障碍的研究进展

摘要:
［摘要］　赌博障碍（GD）是一种以持续或反复发作的赌博行为为特征的精神行为障碍，损害个人健康，对经济和社会造成负面影响。目前，相当比例的GD患者通过药物或心理治疗未能得到有效缓解。近年来，无创的经颅磁刺激技术在治疗GD方面取得了进展，已有研究证实其在降低赌博渴求、缓解情绪和减少赌博行为等方面具有一定的疗效。然而，学术界在刺激靶点、刺激模式和刺激时间等关键参数的选择与设定仍存在争议。该文对重复经颅磁刺激治疗GD研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Gambling disorder(GD) is a psychological and behavioral disorder characterized by persistent or recurrent gambling behavior, which does harm to individual health and has negative impacts on economy and society. At present, a considerable proportion of GD patients cannot be effectively alleviated through medication or psychological therapy. In recent years, non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation technology has made some progress in the treatment of GD. Studies have shown that this technology has certain therapeutic effects in reducing gambling cravings, alleviating negative emotions, and reducing gambling behaviors. However, selecting and setting key parameters such as stimulus target, stimulus mode and stimulus time are still controversial in academic circles. In this paper, the research progress of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in treatment of GD is reviewed.
