| ［摘要］ 目的 构建基于患者主观整体评估（PG-SGA）的结肠癌中西医结合营养支持健康教育方案。方法 通过文献研究、小组讨论后形成基于PG-SGA的中西医结合营养支持健康教育方案初稿。通过德尔菲法向14名专家进行函询，对方案条目进行修改、增减，确定最终方案。结果 两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.00%和93.33%。两轮专家函询的权威系数（Cr）分别为0.765和0.766，Kendall′s W系数分别为0.184和0.164（P均<0.01）。基于PG-SGA的中西医结合营养支持健康教育方案包括6个一级条目、19个二级条目和57个三级条目，内容涵盖营养风险评估、教育团队、西医营养支持方案、中医营养支持方案、健康教育途径及效果评价。结论 该方案为结肠癌患者的营养支持与健康教育提供系统、规范的实践参考，对改善患者营养状况、生存质量及治疗依从性具有积极意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To construct a health education program for integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine(TCM-WM) nutritional support for colon cancer patients based on Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA). Methods After literature research and group discussion, the initial draft of the health education program for TCM-WM nutritional support based on PG-SGA was constructed. After consulting 14 experts by letter using the Delphi technique, the items of the program were modified and added or deleted to determine the final program. Results The effective response rates of the expert inquiry questionnaires in the first round and the second round of the consultation were 100.00% and 93.33%, respectively. The expert reliability coefficient(Cr) was 0.765 in the first round of the consultation, and 0.766 in the second round of the consultation, and the Kendall′s W coefficients were 0.184 and 0.164, respectively(all P values <0.01). The health education program of TCM-WM nutritional support for colon cancer patients based on PG-SGA was consisted of 6 first-level items, 19 second-level items and 57 third-level items. Its contents covered nutrition risk assessment, education team, nutritional support program of Western medicine and nutritional support program of traditional Chinese medicine, health education approaches and effect evaluation. Conclusion The health education program provides a systematic and standardized practical reference for the nutritional support and health education of the patients with colon cancer, which has positive significance for improving the patients′ nutritional status, quality of life and treatment compliance. |
