载脂蛋白相关临床转化与治疗的研究进展

摘要:
［摘要］　载脂蛋白是血浆脂蛋白的重要结构及功能成分，影响人体内脂质转运与代谢。与临床相关的重要载脂蛋白包括载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ、载脂蛋白B、载脂蛋白C-Ⅱ、载脂蛋白C-Ⅲ、载脂蛋白E和载脂蛋白(a)。该文对载脂蛋白相关临床转化与治疗的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Apolipoproteins are important structural and functional components of plasma lipoproteins, which affect lipid transport and metabolism in the human body. The important apolipoproteins related to clinical practice include apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ, apolipoprotein B, apolipoprotein C-Ⅱ, apolipoprotein C-Ⅲ, apolipoprotein E and apolipoprotein(a). In this paper, the research progress in apolipoprotein-related clinical translation and treatment is reviewed.
