摘要:

［摘要］　帕金森病（PD）是一种常见的神经退行性疾病，起病隐匿，早期症状不典型，给早期诊断和治疗带来了挑战。眼球运动异常作为反映中枢神经系统功能障碍的重要窗口，在PD研究中展现出良好的应用前景。该文对PD眼球运动异常的病理机制及临床应用价值的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

［Abstract］　Parkinson′s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease with insidious onset and atypical early symptoms, posing challenges for early diagnosis and treatment. Eye movement abnormalities, as an important window reflecting the dysfunction of the central nervous system, show a good application prospect in the research of PD. In this paper, the research progress in pathological mechanisms and clinical application value of eye movement abnormalities in PD is reviewed.
