| ［摘要］ 单侧双通道内镜（UBE）技术是近年来快速发展的脊柱微创技术，其核心特征是在脊柱同侧构建2个独立通道，分别用于提供视野与操作器械。相较于传统开放手术，UBE技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）具有手术时间短、出血量少、术后恢复快、效果满意等优点。近年来，LDH发病率呈上升趋势，并严重影响了患者生活质量。该文对UBE技术治疗高度移位性LDH的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE) technique is a rapidly developing minimally invasive spine surgery technique in recent years. Its core feature is to construct two independent channels on the same side of the spine, one for providing a field of vision and the other for operating instruments. Compared with traditional open surgery, UBE technology has the advantages of shorter operation time, less bleeding, faster postoperative recovery and satisfactory surgical outcomes in treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH). In recent years, the incidence of LDH has been on the rise and has seriously affected the quality of life of the patients.In this paper, the research progress of UBE technique in treatment of highly migrated LDH is reviewed. |
