| ［摘要］ 目的 观察氟比洛芬酯在妇科腹腔镜快通道麻醉技术术后镇痛的作用。方法 45例择期全麻下行妇科腹腔镜的患者，随机分成A、B和C组，各组15例。A组：麻醉苏醒前予以静脉注射氟比洛芬酯注射液50 mg，麻醉后6, 12小时再次静脉注射50 mg的氟比洛芬酯。B组：麻醉苏醒前予以接静脉镇痛泵含芬太尼1 mg和0.9%生理盐水100 ml，其浓度为1 μg/ml，每小时注射速度为2 ml。C组为术毕注射10 ml生理盐水，术后6小时再注入10 ml的生理盐水。对24 h 3组患者不同时点采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS），对镇痛治疗总体印象评分及不良反应进行观察对比。结果 C组患者VAS评分在术后2 h, 6 h, 8 h和12 h比A、B组高（P<0.05）, A组与B组在各时点上的VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。B组不良反应恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、嗜睡的发生率高于A组（P<0.05）。A和C组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。A和B组镇痛治疗总体印象评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 氟比洛芬酯在妇科腹腔镜快通道麻醉技术术后能达到有效的镇痛, 且不良反应减少。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effects of flurbiprofen axetil administration on postoperative analgesia in gynecological patients undergoing abdominoscopy with fast track anesthesia.Methods Forty-five gynecological patients undergoing abdominoscopy with fast-tract anesthesia randomly divided into three groups equally with 15 cases each. Group A was injected with flurbiprofen axetil 50mg before anesthetic resuscitation and after six and twelve hours of the end of the operation. Group B was administrated PCIA before anesthetic resuscitation. The PCIA with fentanyl 1mg in 100ml normal saline was 2ml/h, lock time 20 min. Group C was injected normal saline 10ml after the operation, then six hours after operation. Analgesia grade were accessed and side effects were recorded.Results The VAS value in group C was higher than in group A and group B in 2 hours, 6hours, 8hours and 12 hours after operation（P<0.05%）.There were no significant difference between group A and group B in every VAS′s recorded（P>0.05）.The side effect of nauseated, vomit, pruritus and drowsiness in group B were higher than in group A （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference of side effect in group A and in group C（P>0.05）.There were also no significant different of the score of total analgesia impression（P>0.05）. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil is good to the post operation analgesia in gynecological patients undergoing abdominoscopy with fast-tract anesthesia and reduce side effect. |
