| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨中老年人上睑皮肤松弛矫正的更好方法。方法 将上睑皮肤松弛的受术者分为传统手术组和改良手术组，分别采取单纯去皮重睑术及眉缘切口上提术与去皮重睑术结合的方法矫正中老年人上睑皮肤松弛，观察其疗效。结果 改良手术组患者满意率明显高于传统手术组（P<0.01），由此建立改良手术的标准化操作程序。结论 采用改良的手术方式治疗中老年人上睑皮肤松弛可以取得更好的手术效果，不但矫正了松弛下垂的上睑，同时可减轻额纹、鱼尾纹，恢复年轻态的眼眉外观，值得推广应用。而建立改良手术的标准化操作程序是手术取得良好效果的保证。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the better method for the patients of upper eyelid slack. Methods The patients were divided into two groups : the traditional operation group was given the double eyes operation and the improvement operation group was given the operation from eyebrow and double eyes to remove the slack skin.Results The satisfaction ratio in the improvement operation group was higher than in the traditional operation group（P<0.01），then the standardization of operation method for the improvement operation were established. Conclusion There is the better effect through the improvement operation, not only rectify the upper eyelid slack but also abate the wrinkle of forehead and outboard canthus, to renew the aspect of eyes and eyebrow, it worth while to use in the large scale. To establish the standardization program is the pledge for the better effect. |
