| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨射频消融术治疗功能失调性子宫出血（DUB）的临床效果。方法 105例无生育要求，但要求保留子宫的DUB患者，在B超监视下用自凝刀经阴道行子宫内膜射频消融术，术后定期随访。结果 射频消融术治疗DUB手术时间短、术中出血少，105例手术后完全闭经96例，月经明显减少9例，有效率为100%，无一例脏器损伤。结论 射频消融术治疗DUB是一种安全、有效、简便、快速、副作用少的方法，尤适于年龄45岁以上患者。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of radiofrequency ablation for dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB).Methods One hundred and five patients with DUB retaining the uterine without fertility requirements received vaginal endometrial ablation using self-curing knife. All patients were followed up regularly. Results Radiofrequency ablation for DUB has advantages of shorter operative time and less blood loss. Complete amenorrheas were found in 96 patients; menstruation was significantly reduced in 9 patients. The effective rate was 100%, and no organ injury was found.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is a safe, effective, simple, rapid method for DUB with fewer side effects, especially suitable for patients over the age of 45 years. |
