体外冲击波联合中草药仙桃草治疗兔桡骨骨折骨不连的实验研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨体外冲击波联合中草药仙桃草治疗兔桡骨骨折骨不连的作用机制。方法 选用标准实验新西兰大白兔64只,无菌条件下截骨制作兔桡骨骨不连模型,随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组16只。A组为体外冲击波联合接骨仙桃草治疗组,B组为单纯接骨仙桃草治疗组,C组为单纯体外冲击波治疗组,D组为空白对照组,于治疗前后观察和比较各组骨痂生成量,并作统计学分析。结果 观察结果表明,骨痂生成量组间比较在治疗后各时间点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),冲击波治疗后在2、4、6、8周段A组骨不连区骨痂生成量多于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组骨痂生成量多于D组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组骨痂生成量与D组比较在各时间段差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中草药仙桃草可以在体外冲击波治疗骨不连后的早期就能起到促进骨折愈合的作用,为非手术治疗骨不连提供了一种良好的协同方法。

Experimental study on the treatment of bone nonunion of rabbit radius by extracorporeal shock wave combine veronica peregrina L

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the action mechanism of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Chinese herbal medicine(veronica peregina L) in the treatment on rabbit bone nonunion.Methods Sixty-four standard experiment New Zealand white rabbits were chosen, the rabbit models of radial bone nonunion were made under aseptic conditions by osteotomy, then randomly divided into A, B, C, D group. Group A was treated by extracorporeal shock wave combined with Chinese herbal medicine(veronica peregina L); Group B was treated by bone Veronica peregrina L; Group C was treated by extracorporeal shock wave; Group D was control. The generation of bone callus of each group before and after the treatment were observe and compared, and statistical analysis was performed.Results The generation of bone callus: the comparision among groups of the bone callus after the treatment at each time point the difference was statisticlly significant(P<0.01); In group A, the generation of bone callus after the treatment by extracorporeal shock wave was higher than group C at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); Group A was higher than group D in the generation of bone callus, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); The generation of bone callus at each time point between goup B and group D did not show significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Veronica peregrina L can accelerate fracture healing after bone nonunion treated by extracorporeal shock wave in the early time that provides a good method for the non-surgical treatment of bone nonunion.
