| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨依达拉奉与舒血宁联合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取入住该院脑梗死患者146例，随机分为依达拉奉组和联合组各73例，分别采用依达拉奉、依达拉奉联合舒血宁治疗，评价治疗效果。结果 2个疗程后，联合组患者神经功能评分［（79.29±21.03） vs （69.24±18.15）］、生活能力评分［(59.42±18.03） vs （30.24±12.38)］均优于依达拉奉组（P<0.05）；联合组临床疗效高于依达拉奉组（P<0.05）。结论 依达拉奉与舒血宁联合治疗脑梗死能够有效改善患者神经功能和生活能力，提高临床疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with Shuxuening injection in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 146 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into edaravone group and combination group, being treated with edaravone and edaravone combined with Shuxuening injection respectively.Results After 2 months′treatment, the scores of the combination group and the edaravone group were ［(79.29±21.03） vs （69.24±18.15)］. The scores of life ability recovery degree in the two groups were ［(59.42±18.03） vs （30.24±12.38)］(P<0.05); The efficiency of the combination group was higher than that of the edaravone group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Shuxuening injection improves nerve function in the cerebral infarction patients with nerve injury and increases the their self-care ability and treatment efficient rate. |
