| ［摘要］ 目的 观察肠内排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的效果。方法 将该院收治的60例广泛粘连性肠梗阻患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组采用肠粘连松解术治疗，观察组采用肠内排列术治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但观察组术后通气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05），观察组手术治疗的成功率为100.0%，明显高于对照组的73.3%（P<0.05），同时观察组术后复发率也明显低于对照组。结论 对广泛粘连性肠梗阻患者实施肠内排列术，治疗成功率高，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of intestinal arrangement operation on a wide range of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods Sixty patients with extensive and adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30). The control group was performed the lysis of intestinal adhesion and the observation group received the intestinal placation. The effect of the treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, bleeding volume and postoperative complication rate in the observation group were not significantly different compared with those in the control group(P>0.05), while the postoperative ventilation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of the operation was 100% in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group(73.3%)(P<0.05), while the postoperative recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of intestinal arrangement operation on a wide range of adhesive intestinal obstruction is effective and worth wide application in clinics. |
