| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨神经外科昏迷患者实施早期针灸联合运动疗法的临床疗效及促醒作用，为临床昏迷患者的催醒治疗提供参考。方法 选择该院2014-03～2015-08收治的神经外科昏迷患者74例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各37例，入院后均给予西医常规治疗及护理，观察组患者加用针灸联合运动疗法进行促醒干预，对比两组患者的治疗效果及促醒率。结果 治疗3个月后，观察组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组（83.78% vs 62.16%），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后促醒率显著高于对照组（78.38% vs 54.05%），平均促醒时间少于对照组［(15.22±5.43)d vs (28.92±6.68)d］，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 神经外科昏迷患者采用早期针灸联合运动疗法治疗能够促进脑神经功能的修复，促进患者早日苏醒，促醒作用显著，治疗效果良好，值得临床推广使用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture and exercise therapy on the patients with neurosurgical coma.Methods Seventy-four patients with neurosurgical coma in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into the control group(n=37) and the observation group(n=37). Both of the two groups received the conventional therapy of Western medicine and nursing. The observation group received additional exercise plus acupuncture to awake from coma. The therapeutic effect and awaking rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.78% vs 62.16%) 3 months after the treatment(P<0.05). The awaking rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.38% vs 54.05%). The average awaking time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group［(15.22±5.43) vs (28.92±6.68)d］ (P<0.05).Conclusion Early acupuncture combined with physical therapy is effective to improve brain function and has better awaking action, in the patients with neurosurgical coma. |
