[摘要] 人工智能现已逐步渗透入肾癌基因组学、转录组学、影像组学和病理组学等多方面的研究中,并在肾癌的诊疗领域取得了重要成果和初步运用。但是,现有的研究还存在着偏向于肾癌的诊断以及简单的临床预后预测,缺少对肾癌靶向治疗等疗效的预测,缺少多中心的临床验证研究等不足。未来仍需开展大规模、多中心研究进一步验证人工智能在肾癌诊疗领域中的运用价值。本文就人工智能在肾癌诊疗中的运用和展望进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Artificial intelligence has gradually penetrated into the studies of genomics, transcriptomics, radiomics and pathomics of renal cancer, and has made important achievements and preliminary applications in the field of diagnosis and treatment of renal cancer. However, current studies mainly focus on the diagnosis of renal cancer and simple clinical prognosis prediction, and lack the prediction of the efficacy of targeted therapy for renal cancer and multi-center clinical validation. In the future, large-scale, multi-center studies are still needed to further verify the application value of artificial intelligence in the field of diagnosis and treatment for renal cancer. This paper reviews the application and prospect of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment of renal cancer. |
