| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨改良式巴氏腺脓肿造口术治疗巴氏腺脓肿近远期的临床效果。方法 将60例巴氏腺脓肿患者随机分为改良式巴氏腺脓肿造口术组（研究组）30例和传统造口术组（对照组）30例，分别对两组患者的手术时间、治愈时间、术后性交疼痛、术后复发率进行对比观察。结果 研究组手术时间、治愈时间短于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01），术后性交疼痛的发生率和术后复发率均低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 改良式巴氏腺脓肿造口术治疗巴氏腺脓肿手术操作简单，复发率低，不影响性生活，是一种值得推广的治疗方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the short and long term clinical effects of modified neostomy of bartholin′s gland abscess.Methods Sixty patients with bartholin′s gland abscess were randomly divided into two groups： modified neostomy of bartholin′s gland abscess group (study group, n=30), traditional neostomy group (control group, n=30). The operation time, cure time, postoperative coital pain rate, and postoperative recurrence rate between two groups were compared.Results The operation time and cure time were shorter, postoperative coital pain rate and postoperative recurrence rate were lower in study group than those in the control group. Conclusion The modified neostomy of bartholin′s gland abscess has advantages of simple operation, lower postoperative recurrence rate and no effect on sex life. Thus, it is worthy of generalizing. |
