| ［摘要］ 目的 观察美托洛尔治疗血液透析患者室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法 选取 83例血液透析频发室性期前收缩患者,按心率快慢分为A、B两组，均给予美托洛尔治疗。结果 美托洛尔可减少室性期前收缩的发生及缓解症状。A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05)，总有效率A组（90.5%）也高于B组（73.2%）(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中未发现明显副作用。结论 美托洛尔治疗血液透析患者室性期前收缩有效、安全。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Metoprolol on the premature ventricular beats of hemodialysis patients.Methods Eighty-three hemodialysis patients with premature ventricular beats were chosen and divided into group A with fast heart rate and group B with slow heart rate. Both groups were given Metoprolol tablets.Results Metoprolol can reduce the occurrence of premature ventricular beats and relieve symptoms. The total effective rate was 90.5% in group A, while 73.2% in group B. The difference between them was statistical significance (P<0.05). No adverse reactions were found during the process of treatment.Conclusion The treatment of Metoprolol tablet on premature ventricular beats of hemodialysis patients is effective and safe. |
