| ［摘要］ 人工流产术是避孕失败或放弃继续妊娠后终止妊娠的常用措施。该手术为侵入性操作，对子宫内膜的吸刮、出血、感染、残留后的二次手术等均会对子宫内膜造成损伤，进而出现内膜修复障碍、宫腔粘连、宫颈管粘连等，增加不孕症的发生率。为提高女性人群的生育力，中华医学会计划生育学分会联合中国医药教育协会生殖内分泌专委会组织相关专家编撰了《人工流产术后促进子宫内膜修复专家共识》。文章就该共识中有关子宫内膜损伤的原因、高风险人群、修复方法、预防措施等方面进行详细解读。 |

| ［Abstract］ Induced abortion is a common measure for terminating a pregnancy after contraceptive failure or giving up the continuation of the pregnancy. The operation is an invasive procedure. Aspiration and scraping of the endometrium, bleeding, infection, and secondary surgery for the residual endometrium can cause damage to the endometrium, leading to endometrial repair disorders, intrauterine adhesions and cervical canal adhesions, and thus increasing the incidence of infertility. In order to improve the fertility of the female population, the Family Planning Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, in conjunction with the Special Committee on Reproductive Endocrinology of the China Medical Education Association, organised relevant experts to compile Expert Consensus on Promoting Endometrial Repair after Induced Abortion. This paper provides a detailed interpretation of the consensus regarding the causes of endometrial damage, high-risk populations, repair methods, and preventive measures. |
