| [摘要] 微小病变型肾病(MCD)是一种肾小球疾病,其在光镜下肾小球病变表现轻微,常缺乏免疫复合物沉积,而电镜下特征性表现为弥漫性足突融合。既往研究多认为该病与T淋巴细胞功能障碍密切相关。然而,近年来的研究发现,B淋巴细胞耗竭剂利妥昔单抗可诱导MCD缓解,提示了B淋巴细胞在MCD发生、发展中可能发挥着重要作用。该文对B淋巴细胞参与MCD发病机制的研究进展作一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Minimal change disease(MCD) is a glomerular disease characterized by mild glomerular lesions under light microscopy, often lacking immune complex deposition, but characterized by diffuse foot process fusion under electron microscopy. Previous studies have generally believed that this disease is closely related to T lymphocyte dysfunction. However, recent studies have found that the depletion agent of B lymphocytes, rituximab(RTX), can induce remission of MCD, suggesting that B lymphocytes may play an important role in the occurrence and development of MCD. In this paper, the research progress in involvement of B lymphocytes in pathogenesis of MCD is reviewed. |
