| ［摘要］ 肺癌是全球癌症死亡的主要原因之一。脏层胸膜侵犯（VPI）是指肿瘤细胞浸润到胸膜弹性纤维层之外。早期肺癌VPI对患者的临床分期及生存预后具有显著影响。影像学检查具有全面、无创以及可重复性好等优点，在肺癌VPI状态的术前评估中发挥了重要作用。该文对肺癌VPI的影像学研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths worldwide. Visceral pleural invasion(VPI) refers to the infiltration of tumor cells beyond the elastic fibrous layer of the pleura. VPI has significant effects on the clinical staging and survival prognosis of patients with early-stage lung cancer. Imaging examinations have the advantages of comprehensiveness, non-invasiveness and good repeatability, and have played an important role in the preoperative assessment of the VPI status of lung cancer. In this paper, the progress in imaging studies on VPI in lung cancer is reviewed. |
